Default What power loss can come from 1-2 deg of timming?

I have a 95z and just put in a tune with 32 deg of timming at WOT. My old tune had 34 deg, Im trying to find out were some of my knock is comming from. But I really want to know just how much power loss is in 1-2 deg change. I know it is hard to say with out a dyno, just want a good guess.

Thanks.

You might equally have gained power. More timing doesnt always equal more power.

Eaxctly, my car actually makes the same power at 24 degrees that it does at 28...So why run more timing?
