Uninstalling tuning software to resell?

Uninstalling tuning software to resell? I've got EFI Live and simply don't have the time to learn the in's and out's of the program to justify me keeping the program. What do I need to do to ensure that if I resell it, the program/cables will work correctly on the next car?

the software is free. you just need to send the registration card and the cable i belive. also you should make sure the cable has atleast one open vin.
