Default Is there a programmer I can buy to tune myself?

Is there like a programmer or one that hooks up to a laptop that won't break the bank that will let me tune for bigger injectors, 5 pounds of boost, and maybe disable air/egr/skip shift, and up the governor and rev limiter?
thanks

wow, sorry for my ignorance, but hptuners will let me do everything i asked in the first post? This seems to be a no-brainer considering a single tune is upwards of 500$ haha, if you go get it done

I would recomend something a little more hard core for the LT1, we have a 93 turbo lt1 up here with some problems getting tuning done and I think FAST or BS3 is the way to go.

EFI Live is a great program that you can purchase to tune your car. I personally would not recommend trying to tune a forced induction car as your first car to tune. Especially when it is your own... lol
Even though HP Tuners and EFI Live are much easier to use than LS1edit, they are still complex programs that take a while to get to know. This could lead to disaster for your cars engine. Bob

Exotic PP is correct, both of these programs will do everything you want plus much much more. They are however much more complicated than a handheld type of programmer. There is a distinct learning curve involved with both, and both allow you to program changes that could spell disaster for your engine if the wrong values are set within the software.
