Default Emission test results >

HC ppm - limit 55, mine 55
CO % - limit .31, mine .28
NO ppm limit 408, mine 215
Looks like a little unburnt fuel is getting by at 39 km/h 25 mph
Oh well a pass is a pass.
Not sure if a ported MAF would of helped.

Thats odd, your HC ppm limit was 55 yet mine when I tested in april was 58 ppm max and I have a 99 too.

Anyhow, your headers are causing the rich condition down low. I had the same problem when I did mine and some data logging with HPT showed that the pcm was trying to pull fuel. A bit of fiddling with the tables fixed it right up.

I think I was about -11 at about 40km/h which is where the test is performed but without going back in my log, I am only guessing.

Last test 2 years ago ( stock exhaust) limit was set at 60.
I may get it dyno tunes at Autoworx soon and be done with it also.
