Thumbs up EFILive Scan Tool Only NOW $249

EFILive announces significant price reduction for the EFILive Scan Tool

The EFILive Scan Tool is widely recognized as the industry standard in PC based, scanning and data logging for GM's OBDII performance vehicles. Long regarded as the premier scan tool for many late model GM OBDII platforms, including LS1/LS6 cars and trucks, Duramax LB7/LLY and Allison Transmissions, the EFILive Scan Tool will retail for USD $249.00, a saving of over 50%. The new Scan Tool pricing will be available from the 3rd of June 2006.
This price reduction creates the MOST AFFORDABLE and COMPREHENSIVE scan tool available today for GM's OBDII performance vehicles. High-speed data logging is combined with powerful data analysis tools that simplify diagnostic fault-finding and performance tuning. Coupled with EFILive's transparent-pricing upgrade-policy, your EFILive Scan Tool can be upgraded at any time to meet future scanning and tuning requirements. To view all price changes, please see EFILive's upgrade section in the online store (http://store.efilive.com)
Customers with supported Allison Transmissions will save thousands of dollars using EFILive's Scan Tool. It offers bi-directional controls, adaptive learn reset and presets and eliminates the need for expensive equipment to lock the transmission in gear for dyno use. These features and more are all included in the new low priced EFILive Scan Tool.

How would this work on scanning 96-97 LT1s? Do you know if it will log KR on those vehicles?

having a bad day?

EFILive is currently an OBD2 application. The V2 interface appears to be capable of scanning the ALDL protocals. Save you an easy search: http://www.efilive.com/overview_flash2.aspx

96-97's are obd2 hptuners only does generic parameters on the LT1's though which is why hes asking. Since most of the other scanners out there suck pretty bad in comparison to hpt & efilive.

If you are refering to me, I work two jobs and my home internet went out. I think 24hrs for a response is acceptable.

And yes, we will sell a bunch of them. Thanks!

How would I be having a bad day. I asked the seller/sponsor a specific question about a product he is promoting here. I waited a full day for a reply. FYI 96-97 LT1s are OBD2. I need a scan tool for those vehicles that will specifically log KR on those. So I have to do all the research on the product he is selling? I don't want to know if it appears to meet my requirements. I want to know from the seller if it does meet my requirements.

Since you still won't or can't answer my question, you won't be selling one to me. Good luck with your business.

I'm not going to sit here and argue about this. I replied to your post and stated I would get you a answer ASAP. I am sorry I didn't do it in the order you wanted nor the timeframe. I am a very busy person and try to answer all of my customers questions in a timely fashion as well as informative as I can, some take longer then others. I am not going to sit here and tell you yes or no when I don't know 100% myself. I would rather take that extra time and make sure I have a correct answer then to blow you some BS.

I'll add to this. I won't have your answer tonight as the person I need to ask is on a 16hr plane ride back home. As soon as they get in, I'll get you the answer. Even if you don't buy it from me, I'd like to see you buy it if it will support your needs.

If the answer is that critical, why not send an email, PM, or phone call to the sponsor?

thanks for the info. Your second post distracted me from the original.

You are well within your right mind to want to ask some specific questions. But why get your panties in a knot when people other than the seller try to help you?

So lets say I want to run the Moates real time tuner.
I would need this, scanner for $249 a License for $199 and the Moates PCM for $899 so all in I then have a realtime scanner and tuner for $1347?
