Bolt on tune. I'm about to have long tubes and high flow cats installed. I already have a lid, filter, and magnaflow cat back. I'm also getting a bolt on tune done, what kind of gains should I expect to see?

The bolt-on tunes I've seen do absolutely nothing to fuel or spark. Who are you getting it from? Did you ask them what they are doing exactly? Chances are you're going to need your MAF curve redone. You can do this with a wideband and a MAF Translator if you don't want to drop the coin on a tuning program since it's just a bolt-on car.
