Default HP Tuners MPVI Pro datalogging

The guys at HPT have handed down the data logging beta version to the beta testers. Hopefully all goes well and there are no bugs and you guys can enjoy it soon.

It is pretty sweet. Once you upgrade the firmware and load a config file, you just have to press record for 2 seconds much easier not having to take the computer in the car. I am going to play with it more on the way to work tomorrow, but this is sweet. The memory lasts longer on this thing than the battery on my lap top lol

This will work out great at the track. It gets old chasing my laptop down evertime somebody uses it to make a run, only to have them forgot to start data logging again after thier car sat in the lanes. lol

yeah, also means I wont have a huge need for my charger or inverter anymore, but yeah more and more tracks are also cracking down on people having laptops in their cars at the track for safety reasons...few have problems with 3x5" boxes tucked under a seat hehe

its only in the hands of the beta testers temporarily...the framework is setup for you guys but theres a firmware update you'll need as well. Be patient, soon enough, let us do our job & test it so its bug free for you all.

If you have the pro version yes (MPVI Pro ... the extra hardware cost is for the Inputs AND outputs, plus the data logging capability) ...

yep I got the new pro cable..... btw, wrong forum but does the newest update take care of the kr issue for us 2bar sd guys, mine was going max kr right into boost and I saw the other thread about that happening (no way 10*timing, 11.0afr, and racegas would cause a max kr under 5lbs of boost..)

I'd also like to add this works on EVERY vehicle we support. We support so many GM vehicles so thats quite a bit.

Yes, this INCLUDES LS2/LS7 vehicles.

not sure... I assume you've emailed support about the issue (include VCM Info, logs, and the hpt file) ? I don't know what bugs/addons the HPT guys add nor what they have planned... i'm just privy to a few things.... one of which is the MPVI Pro Black Box logging stuff heh
