Default Cheapest way to change fan temps?

I'm looking for an (easy) and cheap way to lower the fans temps on my Z28. Don't really want to install a fan swtich, just want to reprogram them on a budget.

Most shops will charge you their minimum, usually an hour's time - probably same price as buying a switch. If you know someone with software they might do it for less.

find somebody like wait4me performance that offers an affordable mail order tune with that done, who can swap pcm's for you.

my local f-body shops do this...
delete codes and reprogram the spedo for 50-75 and that also goes towards the full tune when ever your ready

You could also find someone in your area with HPTuners for your year car. It would only take them a few minutes to change the fan temps. You could probably throw them a few bucks to make it worth their time, but it should still be cheaper than a fan switch or mail order tune.
