Default Idling too high after cam, heads & intake install

Ok guys, heres the deal, I've installed a TR cam, 243 heads and BBk intake,
I finally got it computer tunes through 9 pulls on a dyno. (HP tuner)
Everything is doing better but one thing is still bugging me.
When the car is cold started the car idles normal, after it comes up to
temperature when kicked into neutral or push in the clutch, the idle
hangs at 1500 or so....once the car comes to a complete stop, the car
idle comes quickly to 900-1000.
During the rebuild, I change every sensor on the car but the MAP sensor.
it is not throwing any codes. I have went over the intake and vacuum lines
with a fine tooth comb looking for leaks and can find none.
Is there something that still needs to be tuned on it or is it something I will
have to live with.

Any suggestion???

MIne does it bone stock.. Its hit and miss.. But it happens normaly when I start it up in the morning and just drive off and dont let it warm up at all. I think its some sort of choke? Who know's.

Nine million pulls on the dyno is not going to cure this. You(r) tuner needs to monitor Running Airflow in Gear and or if A4, Park from a dead cold start to full warmup then, with a/c if equipped on full blast. The mods you have made to your car have drastically changed the whole way it breathes, the IAC valve, which is controlled by the PCM, with the stock settings is not working with your setup now. For those with totally stock cars exhibiting this type of behavior, the pintle of the IAC can get a build up of carbon causing it to stick and eventually fail. This IAC valve moudlates airflow at various temps and load conditions, getting these tables right with either mainstream Tuning program is not hard and their is volumous threads here and on their respective sites. Search Idle Air, RAFIG, RAFIP, etc.
