how do tune these injectors?

Default how do tune these injectors?

Delphi/Lucas 42# High Impedence Fuel Injectors
bought them form thunder racing?

redhardsupra.blogspot.com - check out the right hand column, and click on new injectors spreadsheet. Click on the HPTuners tab (it defaults to EFI LIve) once you are in excel. Insert the values of your injectors, I believe they are 42.29 at 43.5 psi..It'll give you the new numbers. Copy, paste into hptuners.

Yep I agree with that. I have the same injectors from Thunderracing. I used that 'redhardsupra' spreadsheet, and it was spot on.

I did aldso fiddle with the minimum injector pulse width, as it would never go below 1.8ms, needed to go down to 1.2ms.

The Delphi's react quicker than the SVOs so min pulse width and offset-vs-volts-vs-kpa may need to be adjusted (down).
