The quickest way is to unplug the M.A.F. sensor, that will put it into speed density mode.

Not sure what software you are using, but the SDTuning link in my sig will get you into OLSD.

TAQuickness- i was checking out the mods in your sig, didnt you just install digital wheel flow meters? lol

i completed all the steps except for 13,14, and 15 using hptuners. would setting engine diagnostics>General>MAF sensor fail frequency = 0 in hptuners be the same as doing steps 13,14, and 15 in efi live? thanks for the help, Allen

to get into open loop full time you need to set closed loop enable temperature to 284(really anything higher than you will ever get for operating temperatures)
thats basically it....
then you also need to make sure that you dont have any open loop STFT going on as well...
in hpt it appears as a button below the OLFA table...

simple as that..

to get into SD just set MAF fail freq to 0 or unplug the MAF
to get rid of the Mil Light set SES check box to off..you need to leave the codes enabled as mil on first error or mil on second error...it doesnt matter which...
it has to throw the codes or the car wont run at all

I'm not familiar enough with HPT to answer your question. Sounds like you are on the right track though.

Edit:
Tried the dwfm's and they didn't work to well with the tornado
