Default LQ4 and stock tune?

I recently spun a rod bearing in my 98' z28, and was thinking about replacing it with an LQ4 (cheap solution) The only question I have is whether or not the stock tune and injectors will be able to run it reliably. This is my daily driver so it MUST be reliable I did a search and couldn't find the information I needed, sorry if this is the wrong forum. Thanks in advance for your help.

It will need tuning only. Your ve table will be off a bit. The stiotach air fuel will be different. But these are very easy to fix.
