Default new clutch now these codes

P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency (SES) (Pending) (History) (Immature)
P0803 - 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit Malfunction (SES) (Pending) (History) (Current) (Immature)

Any idea why I would have these two codes after a clutch install???

Sounds like a wire got pinched or an 02 wire is burn't on the exhaust. Check the engine control fuse under the hood of the car-probly blown.
