Default wideband readout help

I got my wideband in my truck the other day. Well the prob now is the gauge bottoms out at 10.0 AFR, well under a full throttle run it goes down to 10.0 and stays the whole time I am on it. Been running it this way for months just now know what it is doing. I am running between 8-11#s of boost on it depending the temp outside. I have a aeromotive reg that is a 1to1. It is set at 58#s no vacume or boost then should be more on boost since it is a 1to1. My setup is a stock internal 6.0 twin turbo 42# injectors. In my 93 chevy fullsize truck. How do I get my AFR up to about 11.5.1 should I lower the fuel pressure for now till I can get a better tune? I am going to be spraying meth in it soon. Thanks for any help guys. Also I am running a AEM wideband
