Anybody near me with HP tuners?

Anybody near me with HP tuners? Is there anybody within 100 miles of Roanoke VA. I have HP tuners for my 02 SS but I know nothing about computers. I will pay you for your time if need be. I just want to learn how to use it so I can tune my own car.
I have tuned cars for 20 years but I just cant seem to find the distrbutor and the carburator in this car.

It's another tuning software by another company.
I've got HPTuners, too which is why I couldn't have Don help me tune it. But looking back I'm glad I did it myself because now I've gotten into tuning other cars for other folks since I've learned the basics and more advanced tuning as my car has gotten more and more ridiculous over the years.
