Question new pcm

hey i was wondering if i can swap out my stock pcm with a corvette pcm. is it worth it, is it hard to install, which one do i get, do i need it tuned? i have a 99 trans am. thanks guys

I dont see any benefit to swaping pcm's if you can b/c vettes use ETC. If you want more power get your car tuned. There are alot of mail order tunes available,hand held programers and shops that tune.
