Default Hp tuner question

Ive been using HP tuners for quite some time now, so im not really a newb, BUT tonight my car will not reflash.

I had a file i was going to flash the car with, and after it hooks up, an error comes up as "unable to download: Unknown Error"

The scanner works fine, so it doesnt really seem like it could be anything in the cable or hardware, but i could be wrong.

Anything i should be looking at to help troubleshoot this? Thanks guys.

car still runs? was the file you were trying to flash in a derivitive of your stock tune? Where in NJ are you from if you keep having issues you could bring it down here & we can try and figure it out together if you'd like.

I would just try a re-read & modify the tune you just pulled to see what happens.
