Default Help, No vehicle power detected

HPTuners, I am plugging into a 06 ZO6 Corvette for the first time, doors closed, ignition on, tried it ten times and every time " Interface detected, no vehicle power detected" I unplugged it and plugged into my C5 and it reads fine. Have you ever seen this???
What do I do?? I need to read this this tonight..

i did some asking around, and apparently the newer PCM's, when locked, will act like they have no power. old ones start to read and stop if locked.
was the car 'tuned' in any way before?

It had a blown fuse in the BCM. 10 amp down at the bottom. Fixed that and then got the message "Unable to read" and now I find out that it has has a mail order tune when the headers were installed. I will probably have to buy a new interface.

It was mail order tuned with LSXEdit, and now the computer will not allow HPT to access it. I am hearing that I have to send the ECU to Carputing to unlock. I will contact them.
