truck or f car programing ?? I have a lq4 with the truck wiring harness and a custom program from wait4me and runs fine. My question is if I want to change to a ls1 harness what will be needed to be changed. Are sensors the same, I am running the 5 wire maf and bought a program from wait4me so I could set up another car and program mine as well. Is there any power to be gained by this swap or is the only benifit just a smaller harness? Any help would be much appreciated.

an ls1 harness will not make the vehicle run any better, It is just wiring. The functions are all the same. But to answer your question, Yes the computer will work with the other harness. The camaro harness is just a ton smaller. The 5 wire maf will transfer over just fine with a little adapter and a different maf calibration in the pcm.
