Default Mail order tune

I already have a mail order tune from tsp. Now that I have Hp tuners where should I began tunning? I was thinking that I will only need it for wide open throttle tunning (using a wideband). Car put down 410/379 H\C.

well, first of all grab a stock 2001 tune file from your make model car. download your cars current tune, take a look and compare your cars current tune to the stock tune

take a look at spark (timing)
take a look at your PE table
your VE table
MAF table (MAF and VE are blended below 4krpm and non-WOT... contributes to high or low fuel trims)

MAF is simply WOT... that will adjust your fuel up past 4krpm

check to make sure cat protect is off.

then setup a bunch of histograms/maps/ select things to log.
monitor KR and current spark. monitor fuel trims .
monitor fuel if you have a wideband
