Default please help ASAP

I just got my hptuners last night from the brown truck and ran into a problem during the install. this may be asking alot but is there anyone that would be willing to walk me threw the install. i can post my number or pm it.

what "problem" did you run into...would you consider posting that?

well after installing the disk i started the install of the MPVI unit via the USB port but some how dident complete it right but when i try to install it again the computor dose not recognize it.

no licence information found is the problem but cant figure out how to fix it.

so its just a driver issue then apparently...post up in the VCM suite help section...im not horribly versed on driver issues, but im sure ec_tune or someone else from there knows better then I do how to iron out those pretty quickly.
