Default 98 to 99 pcm plug and play?

Can a 98 car accept a 99 newer pcm?

no..99-02 are not same as 98 they will not fit...

they will not plug and play... i have a 98 and i just got it Speed Density tuned. got rid of all the problems i was having with shifting and idle... but thats my car... **** MAF (i know i will get some **** for that) but it works with my car
