Default Throwing PO 0410 Code - help needed

The SES light is on and i'm wondering what I need to check. Told it was the secondary AIR injection system that was producing the code. Had my intake manifold off a few days ago for cleaning and put it back on, drove 80miles with no codes. Was parked for two days in the driveway, turned it on, let it warm up a bit, started driving and the code didn't come until after I was driving for 5 minutes and the engine was up to temp. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

yeah its the AIR system. Check all the connections for the AIR system, such as the relay, fuses, check valves, and tubes.

Nah, fine to drive. You can look up the code/diagnostics for your year at www.gearchatter.com

Which unit at the back of the manifold? The vacuum hose or the vacuum sensor?

Also, where are the check valves located? Can anyone snap some pics and throw em up here? Thanks

Look closely at all the wiring/hoses around the air solenoid valve, doubt it's the 02s or both air check valves (black disc shaped valves between the metal air tube coming off the exhaust manifold/to hoses) suddenly failing. Did you look at www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic9013.php
