Default Sounds like misfire, no check engine light

I've got a 99 t/a, mods are pacesetter lt's and tsp true duals and I'm getting what i presume to be a misfire.

It kind of stutters in lower rpms and i've looked at the engine at idle and theres a spark jumping from under the bracket for the coil packs towards the egr on the side of the intake manifold.

I'm going to take off the coils and wires, change my spark plugs cause its about time, and see if something just wasn't put back the right way after the header install...

In the meantime, any help or insight would be appreciated...

Also just wanted to point out that theres a ticking sound, but its coming from the exhaust, i can't hear it at idle from the engine bay.
