you could start here https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/368718-read-me-best-ls1-tuning-software-best-scanner-best-handheld.html

personally I chose to go & stick with hptuners...affordably priced, more support then nearly any other tuning software available on the market, you get more licenses (4)pcm locked with your initial purchase with the option for year/model licenses, and affordable Real Time Tuning.

I would look into either EFILive or HPT like foff said. I have used all of them and for what I do, EFILive is hands down the easiest to use with awsome customer support. The new V2 interface has more potential and available features then anything else on the market. Check out the full demo version available before you make your decision. EFILive is the only manufacture to offer a demo for potential customers to try out before making the investment. That coupled with free custom operating systems and and integrated search feature, it is hands down the most user friendly package on the market.Free FULL VERSION demo The other benefit is if you ever have a problem or question, I am just a phone call away.

If you want a dyno tune you should give bob at exotic performance plus a call! Or if you want to come over to chicago i can give you a hand.
