Default put in a wide band and damn i am runnin rich

As it says i put in a wideband afr gauge and sensor, when i am at wot it gets into the low ro mid 11s and sometimes gets as low at 10.9 or so, i have a mail order tune but im not sure how great it is, how much hp do you think i could gain from a tune that got my afr a little closer to ideal. just trying to see if its worth it or not.

thanks
Jon

I agree with foff667, it also depends on where your 10s and 11s A/F is happening in your RPM range. Example, if you are in the 10s in your peak HP RPM range, you could get the high end of foff667's HP gain estimate.

Those readings are entirely consistent with stock
tune PE table, and cat overtemp enrichment targets.

Now, what's in the mail order tune I have no idea.
If you're seeing stock type enrichment with non-
stock commanded fueling then might be some
airflow or fuel delivery errors in the mix. The
headers may be affecting fuel trims and laying
WOT enrichment back on you, etc. You have to
see what's going on with it. See if the WOT AFR
changes, between matting it from idle, from just
off idle and from a more healthy (>2500 but still
closed loop) RPM. A difference indicates that fuel
trimming is meddling at WOT.

I wouldn't make a guess at HP but you will gain by
cleaning it up. I'm more a fan of buying the tools
and doing it yourself, than hiring it done. Especially
since you already have at least some of the gear
(WB) you need to go that way.

Would this be {3618} PE modifier based on RPM?

TIA
