Can a dealership calibrate my speedometer???
I was just wondering if a dealership could program my pcm for 4.30 gear ratio that I had installed.....or is it just speed shops??? Dealership is 2 min. away & Rev Xtreme is 1hr away, and I don't have the $$$ for a hand held....any helpful suggestions are welcomed, thanx fellas

They don't and can't flash your PCM to anything other than what came in your exact car. They go by the VIN and the flash files came directly from GM. Only if they have an aftermarket tuner working at the dealer...and I highly doubt that.
You would be suprised how little people at dealerships know about cars. They are mainly a read the chart and replace it outfit. I remember one time I entrusted a dealership to fix my airbag system. They had the car for two weeks and couldn't fit it. I fixed localized the problem and fixed it myself in a couple of days. It only took that long because I ordered a part off E-bay.
