If my ltft's are -15, -14 what does this mean , besides that it is takeing away 15% fuel?

It means the car is running rich and yes, the pcm is subtracting 15% fuel +/- the average of the STFT's.

is it because of my injector tunning or because my ve table, what shall I do?
