My friend just picked up a junker 98 Trans Am from a local junk yard that is basically a pile but with some time could be a nice ride. The guy there had the title and it "appears" to be clear....anyways what I am trying to get at is on the title it says 45K but the cars odometer has been taken out.....if he were to buy one off of here or EBAY how would he be able to change the odometer to reflect something close to that? I know a dealership should be able to do it, but is there any sort of aftermarket program that can change it? Thanks
