I bought a 98 SS Camaro. I didn't get tunning info from this car. I feel that transmission changes hard to second gear and that's it. I'm planning to go Procharged soon. My question: Ho do I know if the car has all the factory PCM settings or were changed? I need to have the stock settings.

Find a friend to pull the tune and look a it. If you don't have access to that, you could always go to the dealership and ask them to flash it.
