Does WOT tuning extrapolate off part throttle cells? I was wondering if WOT Tuning is an extrapolation of part throttle cell occurances?
or a totally seperate entity.

What type of fueling are we talking about? OL, CL, SD, MAF? Breaking it down to the simplist terms OLSD is what it is. CL complicates things and you can get overlap.
