will the a/f change when the cutout is open like maby plays alittle game with
the stock o2s and runs the system a little more lean.
i hear people saying adding headers or cutout drives the stock o2s to run the
sytem leaner

My cutout made my car go from 12.3 closed to 12.8-13.1 when opened. This is on a h/c with headers, y pipe and a flowmaster muffler.
