Default timing advance

if i wanted to add 2 degrees to my timing with hp tunners would i go under high octane table and add 2 to all parameters

Yes if you want to add 2 degrees to the open throttle positions then yeah add 2 to the entire high octane tables. If you want to add 2 at idle you need to change base spark in park table and you might as well add 2 to the base spark in drive table.
