hp credit problem?

hp credit problem? i just purchase some credits on the website with my pc. my queston is my laptop never gets hooked up to the internet. does it need to to get the additional credits. or can i put in the new application key and the credits are on there? thanks

just enter the new application key from the email and you're set, if it errors then look at the number again (usually means a user error in writing down the new code or typing it)
