Tuning and Deleting Codes
I just bought an 02 Z28, I've worked on cars my whole life - dad's shops - but, we are new to the whole "flashing" part of the PCM. We have multiple scan tools all read codes, give lab scopes - work great - but none of them delete and flash codes. Will the HP Tuner delete the codes the way I want them to.
Thanks for any help/info
Codes I want deleted mostly are the AIR codes for now, just to get past the OBDII plug-in - in PA you can't do emmissions on your own car . . so I'm stuck

6 of one half dozen, how ever you put it when I ordered it I had to pick two vehicles.
I picked 2002 f-bodies, and 2004 GTO. Yea I know I can tune every 2002 F-Body, and 2004 GTO on the planet. Not just two cars. Don't take it so damn literal.

I think foff has a comparison on the HPT forums of pro vs basic... but in general the pro is the best option.
Includes black box logging (you can log without having the laptop turned on or even connected), and inputs/outputs which make it much easier to interface with sensors such as wideband O2 sensors
