Default TPS overtravel?

What is the limit of the switch? The throttle seems to move more then the sensor will monitor. I have a handheld that provides live data and it seemed to go to 100% when the throttle could open about a .25" more. If the throttle is opened all the way it trips the MIL. Should I limit the travel of the pedal or is something out of whack? Thanks

Don't worry about it the little more that the throttle opens after the tps is reading 100% is not enough to to cause a power loss or gain or hurt anything. If it annoys you slot the holes on the tps and the adjust it untill is reads 100% throttle angle with the tb wide open.
