Default Blowup car? I need help PCM, HPTUNER, GTO, GOD?

This is a 2004 GTO

Ok here is the deal. Did motor swap, clutch upgrade, 2step, Eboost2, dynojet wideband, ele fuel, oil, IAT guages.

Frist issue came with HpTuners taking 15mins to upload a change. We could only get it to run with the MAF pluged in. With that pluged in it would run fine. Checked grounds and found it was not grounded so we fixed it. We came to that since I removed the fins off the PCM for fitment and PCM was not grounded when we first started it, I might have messed with something in the PCM and that could be the reason for the slow uploads. So i got a new one and issue fixed upload speeds work fine.

So removed MAF put HP in 2bar. Tune would not work. Come to find out it was a 1bar map sensor (dont listen to dealer do research on correct map sensor). Ordered the correct sensor and installed.

Went to tune today. Car would take a tune but you shut it off and it would act stupid and at times not even start. Sometimes it would do it and sometimes it would not. It would at times do a pull and at times spit, sputter and pop on the dyno. Sometimes it would make enough power to blow DR tires off on the dyno.

I am really lost and so is about 6-8 other people.

I have come to think its a wiring issue some where or a module of some sort somewhere.

I am almost at the point of ripping all the damn wiring out and going with a Fast or BS3.

Anyone ever delt with this. I am calling on everyone

I have replaced the PCM so what other modules are connected that I need to look to change. Tips tricks ideas?

First off you might want to re-enable all SES codes and clear,
then see what complaints may pop. Look for immature ones
immediately following misbehavior and the key-on cycle following.
Maybe this will point you to an intermittent that does not happen
consistently enough to throw a code.

Not sure what eboost2 is but if it's a booster pump, see that it
operates consistently, solid volts at the motor, not on when it
should be off or vice versa. Intermittent spitting / popping to
me sounds like misfires or misfueling. Log cylinder mode misfire
current numbers and see if anything funny happens, when it's
sputtering (especially on only one cylinder or one bank).

eboost2 is a boost controller.
