Torquer 3 bin?

Torquer 3 bin? does anyone have a bin for this or somthing to strart with my buddy has HPtuners and is going to attempt his first tune but I would like to see if someone can help me out on this or do you think I should just pay somebody to tune it.

IT would be better to pay someone if it is his first tune. Im not trying to knock him at all. We all start somewhere, but learning shouldnt be done on someone elses motor..
With EFILive tuning software, i send you out a free starter tune. So then you just need to tweek it from there.
