The 7.4 software will work just fine. The software dont open?

When you download the installer, does it install then get to a box where you can select to install?

I would do a complete uninstall of all EFILive software, go in and clean out any folders left over (save past tunes, logs, custom .pids, etc), and then re-download/install the software.
