I don't have the updated unit that lets you delete them permanently - If you have to delete them individually sure you got them all? There's a bunch...thinking P0420, P0430, P137, P0138, P0140, P0141, P0157, P0158, P0160, P0161.

Just scan the car and permanently delete the rear 02 code that showed up.

What codes were coming up?
Once they are disabled, they should not return.
You may have a malfunctioning O2 sensor causing the code...have you had any exhaust work done recently?

If the code comes back, look it up and make sure it is not the result of a malfunctioning O2 sensor.

I dont have a Diablo Tuner yet and the guy at Diablo was really unhelpful all he tried to do was sell me to LEW. If I bought the Diablo Tuner can I delete the REAR O2 Codes and the MAF on my own? Or do I need to log stuff and send it to someone. I have never used a Hand Held Tuner before so this is all sketchy to me. I have an stock 04 GTO with LT Headers, CAI on the way as well as wanting to do the O2 Delete, and MAF Delete but I would like to do it myself instead of paying someone.

are you just deleting/erasing/clearing the trouble codes??? or actually "disabling" them... if you're just clearing them, they will come back...

and, do you have one of the older version predators that still let you actually "disable" the codes?? it would be on a 2.xx revision...

because the newer ones do not let you disable the codes... that functionality was removed due to EPA regulations...

if you're predator is on a 9rXX revision number, it is one of the newer ones, and in that case you'd need to get a custom tune created in order to have the codes disabled so they don't come back.
