Question Just a Quick Question about HPT Interface

I dont have my interface in front of me ,but what does the interface have on the computer side male or female(9 holes or 9 Pins)? I will stop on my way home for a cable...Thanks

Serial interfaces uses a standard 9pin obd-2 cable.

USB interfaces use a HD DB15 cable that is proprietary to our interface.

Magnus can a bad Battery in the car cause HPT to not work?

Low battery voltage can cause read and write issues. However, vcm suite info log should still be able to poll data.

When you gather a vcm suite info log it shoudl show you your voltage at the bottom of the software.

Keith ,It wasnt able to read any voltage it said,I cant remember the exact wording.
