Default DriveByWire LS2 TB Not fully Opening

I have a 2004 C5 Corvette with a 402 in it using an LS2 90mm TB. Today I discovered that the TB is not opening fully even when the PCM reports it at 100%. I am hearing that there may be an electronic module that is needed to convert the C5 throttle signal for use with the LS2 TB.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks

Sure the 100% you are seeing is actual blade position and not pedal position or target position or something? Dunno about the LS2 tb though. Did it come with it's own throttle motor in it or did you reuse your original? If you reused then I'd say it's gotta be tune, but if it's a different motor LS1 wot voltage may not be enough for an LS2 blade motor.

Most modern ETC systems don't open to a full 90 degrees rotation. Thet often stop around 82-85 degrees, since this is basically unrestricted (relatively speaking) flow once you consider the "shadow" of the throttle shaft versus blade position.

You may have some other misalignemt going on, but don't expect every ETC to go to what you traditionally consider "100%".
