nasty ss

I just got finished installing my new motor in an 02 z06 and have two codes p1635 and p0335. I think the p0335 is related to the p1635 because the car will start for a few seconds and die. I have checked and don't see any obvious connection issues. I have 5v at the map. I don't know whats going on. Any suggestions would be great!

5volt refference circuit and crank shaft sensor circuit are what the codes are for
id check the sensor and wiring to it most likely where the issue is gonna be
