Default P1870 after tune

I recently had my car dyno tuned with the new 99 pcm in it. On the way to the tuners my converter was locking up just fine. Now after i get it back from him my car won't go back into lockup while at cruising speeds. I took it back to him and he says that it has to been something mechanical because the PCM is commanding the TCC to enable and there are no adjustments he has to make. So he is saying that somehow overnight that the converter took a **** even though there were no previous symptoms.
So i went and bought a copy of HP tuners to figure this out on my own. Is there anything i need to look at in particular or any values that need to be changed to accomidate my stall or is it possible that the converter really just went bad??

Default

Generally the PCM monitors TCC slippage. If it registers slippage & maintains a certain amount with TCC lock-up commanded it will set this code.
It might be a coincidence that it set the code after the tune. So your tuner could be right.
Valve bodies TCC spool valve/bores are known to wear on the 4L60's.
