Default P0102 and P1336

I am getting a code P0102 (MAF Low code) I set this ******* code to not set the SES(MIL on 2nd error, SES off) when I went to SD and ditched the MAF and now since I did a reflash it keeps coming up and turning the SES on even though it is deleted out in my tune.

I am also getting P1336(crank position sensor). The obvious is to replace the sensor but I was wondering if anything else could be making the PCM throw the code.

My main problem is the MAF code that I have set to SES off in the tune but now is coming back after the reflash, I am using LS1 Edit has anyone ever had a problem like this before?

I have also already went back and reflashed my last tune that worked fine and it does the same ******* thing with that one too. I have reflashed like 100 times and never had a problem till the other day. A little help would be great.

Technically you want the MAF code to throw, it will always remain there for SD mode, you'll just need to set the code for no light to display.

It appears as though the first thing I need to do is a Crankshaft Relearn so that the PCM can relearn the crank variation. Ill start there, get it done tommorow.

Still need to get this MAF code thing right.
