If you drive a vette they have the electronic throttle settings that need to be changed since theyt are drive by wire and not a cable throttle like the f-bodys. Its the ETC scaler tables in the PCM.

You'll probably have to work your idle. Fast 90/90 seems to make the car real sensitive at idle. You can play with your spark a little also but it's hard to quantify spark changes on the street. If anything back it off a degree or two and try to see if the old butt dyno tells you anything.

I thought most of that over sensitivity was just people trying to tune around the stock scalar?

Im not too sure, I havent actually done that on a vette myself on a vette yet. I believe you pretty much have to let the PCM know the actual airflow area of the TB.

heard that before , 10-4

i slapped on my combo (but I have a throttle by the cable thing, NOT COMPUTER CONTROLLED) and it worked fine. idled funny at first but cleaned itself up.

HOWEVER, with the computer controlled throttles, you need to look up Phil99Vette....i believe he did a right up on this, and it was something like changing the effective area by 48%....idk exactly what table it was
