Default Diver side running extremely rich

HELP!!
See attached logs.
'96Z LT1 running Camaro OS.
30 lb injectors
Slightly larger than stock cam (unsure of specs)
Headers
ORY
Flowmaster muffler
Ported heads
Port matched intake
52MM throttle body
CAI
Motor has less than 3K miles.

Passenger side LTFt looks ok at idle, driver side runs extremely rich.
Replaced both O2 sensors.
After 10 minutes of runing it loads the plugs/O2's with tons of unburned gas.
Checked for intake and exh leaks, everything is tight/sealed.
If we rev it up to a 1500-1800 idle the LTFT go closer to zero.
Checked O2 sensor and extension wires, all ok.

Suggestions??????

Any suggestions

swap injectors from left to right side and see if the problem follows; maybe one is hung.

Default o2 harness

I had the same problem-pulled heater pin on the ds 02 harness
all plugs on the ds were black as hell, misfired & had no 02 code.
try that.
