Is it better to send your pcm out to get it tuned or should i get it dyno tuned, and is there a big difference in final numbers??

Default

Any reputable shop will be able to get you a mail order tune pretty close where it needs to be. I have seen some shops such as TSP normally get their Mail order tunes within 5 or so RWHP.

But it is always recommended to get a dyno tune, or tune with a wideband just to make sure the WOT timing and AFR are correct.
