Default map issue

i'm tuning a 2000 silverado with a 227/232 588/590 113+3, 3600 yank, and 4.10 gears. i noticed in the WOT run log that the MAP won't go any higher than 70. my car hits 105 all day. Is there anything i need to look at, or is 70 max normal? There is a FLT 5 vacuum actuated trans on it too. It just doesn't seem right to me.
