Default Strange engine cut out at 6k rpm's

Hello everyone,

The vehicle here is a 05 GTO SD 2 bar tune, 8psi of boost. Vehicle ran fine at 530 rwhp. I then added a smaller pulley, bigger intercooler, and some 550 rc injectors. The software I use for this vehicle is HP Tuners. After the mods where done HPT had a new version out, I downloaded the patch as normal, and reset some parameters in the tune ie IFR table, VE table, and PE. Now the vehicle no matter what gear will only pull to 6000 rpm's. I've verified that this is not a spark or fuel limiter, the vehicle has the larger walboro pump and AFR on the dyno under WOT is a good 11.8:1. To me it seems that the ETC is closing but all the parameters in torque management are correct. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your logging ETC position in your table display, this can help diagnose issues.

There are a bunch of configs in our config repository in the Gen4 section which can not only help you tune better but also trouble shoot easier

Please watch this flash demo http://www.hptuners.com/help/demos/s...onelogging.swf as it runs you through step by step of adding & deleting PID's from the table display. Its meant for standalone datalogging but with the exception of the standalone part it shows you everything you'll need to know
